Will Choi is a proud alumnus of the A Better Chance program in New Canaan, where he graduated in 1998. He went on to attend Lehigh University on a full scholarship and earned his degree in 2002.
He began his career at MKP Capital, where he spent eight years in the hedge fund industry before transitioning into commercial real estate. Today, he is a principal at a family office, focused on investing in and operating real estate assets.
“A Better Chance did more than just give me a chance—it changed the trajectory of my life by surrounding me with opportunities that would not have been afforded to me otherwise,” says Will. He has remained deeply committed to ABC New Canaan, serving on its Board for many years—long enough to have seen generations of scholars come through—and dedicating his time to supporting those who follow. Outside of work, he coaches youth basketball in the Two Bridges community, staying closely connected to the kind of mentorship that once shaped his own path. Today, Will has come full circle, now serving as a Resident Director at the very ABC House where his own journey began.
