• College Visits – drive a boy (or two) and attend the tour and information session

• Assist during exam week and study weekends
• Organize a weekend activity.
• Skiing and snowboarding
• Touch football round up
• Sail or kayak on the Sound
• Pool party at your home

 

Host Family: Contact hostfamilies@abchouseofnc.org

• Pre-season: during the week or two of pre-season training for a fall sport (end of August)
• School Year: this is a four-year commitment (does not include summers or school vacations).

Other Important Ways to Help

Help with Administrative Tasks: Contact president@abchouseofnc.org

• Write and photograph for ABC Web: photos, brief articles on boys’ sports and cultural activities, alumni profiles, teachers and other volunteers.

 

Help with Fundraising and Community Awareness:

Chair a Sub-Committee – raffle, decorations, food, entertainment, invitations

Help with Mailings (3x year)

Help with set-up or clean-up on the day of the fundraiser (1x year)

Community Liaison (ongoing)
